they’re relationally stunted in toddler mode; “MINE” mentality;
so they’re ultimately threatened by every other being and lacking communication skills to overcome challenges in relationship.
meaning… a group of rogue self-warriors is in charge. they don’t really share a common goal, together. they each share a common goal, separately, of their own personal success.
they don’t support each other. they support themselves through the illusion of supporting each other. they’re not a united front.

and

the fact that they’re dependent on socially mediated ego and perhaps ultimately physical survival.
they require others to support their self-determined thoughts (aka, not reality-determined thoughts) so that the illusion or real achievement of success is possible. people who won’t question their stories or bring up their obvious failings.
little lacky boys, butthole nosers, and boot lickers.
pause so you can think about them. ahhh yeah, there they are.
however, narcs attract narcs. who wants to be in the company of…. that puffy orange old woman, masquerading as a man in a wig… or that blockheaded bully from every 90s movie, face blown up into macy day parade balloon proportions and stuck on a doughy bod..?
only them. only they want that.
so who’s enabling high powered ones? other high powered ones. as long as they get some kickback or have a longer term plan.

Destined to fail and fall. eventually. the question is when and onto who?
the damage they can do is only prolonged and expanded with enablement.
but, unless EVERYONE plays along, the steam engine is destined to pitch and fall off the tracks. at some point.
maybe… onto other tracks… that are also unpleasant and filled with negative outcomes for the people that are challenging them… but it will be done in a flailing manner that lacks executed control or grace or efficacy…
at which point, the animal is in a desperate state, exhausting itself, out of control of the situation and thrashing.
and another animal, well rested, less desperate, less fragmented, can show up to deliver the final blow. or to claim leadership of the remaining pack.
